So in California when A person is pulled over, Must the Officer first tell the offender He/She is on Dash or Body Cam ? Never mind I found it. If They assume They could be recorded the rule no longer applies so a traffic stop is not confidential.
They actually disabled the other cameras and thought they had disabled all of them, so outside of the initial wtf-ness, I don't know how they could even in the strictest sense think they had the reasonable expectation of privacy while inside a business office which they knew had multiple videocameras?
