I believe we now have 4(if I didn't miss any) former Blazers in Bulldog uniforms. They are Jose Casanova, Wesley Carter, Hayden Naumann, and just recently added is Derek Slaughter. IMO, some really good players AND people. I hope some of you will drive over to Seibert Stadium this Fall to see these guys and our Bulldogs play. We expect to have a really good season.

Jose Casanova transferred prior to the 2014 season, so he isn't technically one of our "lost boys".
I think the funny thing is how few of our players chose to attend Troy. There are players who chose to go FCS rather than play for the Trojans.

Also, Parish Nichols of Vestavia Hills High School is at Samford. He would've been a freshman at UAB this year. I know it hurt him when football was discontinued, but he will do great as a bulldog.
