Pepsi is an ODU sponsor, but they didn't pay for it wholesale.

Back in the day... there used to be a bar on the corner of 44th St. and Hampton Blvd, right where the Ted is now. The 4400 Club was famous for spicy pizza, warm beer and a disco dance floor where many ODU students learned to dance like John Travolta. It was an institution.

Did they add more seats? I thought capacity was around 8400?

8,400 sounds right including the 16 luxury suites. Capacity can be pushed to 10,000 with floor seating for events such as commencement.
8,600 and can be increased to 10k for concerts and such.
