Wow because 1 fan doesn't like eku we shouldn't post about EKU on the Sun Belt forum despite being an expansion candidate for the Sun Belt.

I personally think posts like the COA for Basketball are relevant because we all know that EKU is under consideration to join the league. But I am sure that some of us are starting to get burnt out on all of the realignment chatter. Good luck EKU

Got to tell ya' I was a little miffed at a Jag fan's response to move the thread I started regarding EKU and coa for basketball. The reason is that numerous times EKU fans have been asked about the seriousness of our plans to move to FBS. Over and over again we have been asked what those plans are. So I post something regarding EKU and our plans moving forward and someone wants it moved. Okay. Done.
On another note. I had a good laugh this morning on how far south this thread has moved.(Or is the above post joking and stirring the pot? ) If I am correct in what I have been reading for months on here, many of you are as much against Liberty as some Jag fans are against EKU. And then we have the above post. Funny how things get misconstrued on a message board, guess you have to have a sense of humor.
Tell you what Jag fan, I'll try to curb my enthusiasm for EKU on your message board, if you will try to curb your enthusiasm for EKU negativity. I may be wrong, but I would guess you know little about EKU, and most of your objection is based on innuendo and speculation.

We could bring a replacement....the original Colonel Sanders died a few years ago.
BTW, as far as jokes about Col Sanders and fried chicken, believe me we have heard it all! Marshall fans were experts at it. But, hey why not just embrace it, it could be worse and we are immune to it by now, pretty funny actually. We have used it ourselves. Have seen in years past,when some "Eagles" or "Gamecocks" come to Richmond, cheerleaders with headless chickens ( from the grocery) on a string, a little nasty but pretty funny.
