An associate commissioner from a p5 conference(SEC/ACC ish), would be a reasonable candidate.

Only if we can secure a new reality show "Keeping Up With CUSA" out of the deal.

I think having a woman commissioner could be a good thing. Today's PC media would give her a lot of attention, which would benefit CUSA by association. If she is as good as they claim...even better.
