Darius Brazley, a class of 2018 6'8 Force at Finneytown HS, is amongst the most high potential forwards in the state. Brazley was one of the top prospects in attendance at the annual Buckeye Prep Showcase, grabbing top 5 (HS) honors and doing it all on the floor. He showed us an all around game, ran the floor well, gave us a taste of his athleticism, rebounded and blocked shots. Bazley even stepped out to the perimeter some, switching it up on defenders and making them pay for anticipating the moves a typical forward his size would do. Bazley has only entered his sophomore year in high school and he has much time to grow, develop and flourish. We are looking forward to seeing his progression through his high school career. Holy cow. I played 4 years of high school basketball and that kid could have played on my varsity team. By the way, I was a senior when Carl Bouldin was a freshman and he WAS the best player on my varsity team.
