Al Jazeera... this one takes the cake.
A liberal publication singling out a Republican for doing what almost all politicians on both sides of the political spectrum do routinely.... I'm shocked.
Al Jazeera? I'm not even clicking on it. Might as well be watching Russian TV.
I have to ask, if you run the math, does that mean Walker's stimulus was, on a price per job basis, more successful than Obama's stimulus?
Now that I've read the entire el Jizzy piece. I found these nuggets:

Quote:In Detroit, for example, the City Council granted petroleum conglomerate Marathon Oil a $175 million tax break in 2007 in exchange for locating an expansion project in town. Seven years later, the company had hired just 15 people.

Democrats are culpable as well as Republicans. In New York under Gov. Andrew Cuomo, $7 billion has been spent each year on low- to no-accountability job creation programs, according to the Alliance for a Greater New York, a labor-community partnership.

One such program sponsors New York’s Industrial Development Agencies (IDAs). According to watchdogs, New York’s IDAs have consistently failed to produce new jobs: “[o]f the 4,486 current IDA projects, 1,161 of them do not promise to create a single job,”...

The good news for Wisconsin is that it already has clawback provisions on the books.
What does this have to do with basketball?
An opinion piece from Al Jazeera. Never, ever, ever, question anyone else's sources or laugh at their link Mach

More reliable than Fox News.
When all else fails, question the source.

"Amy B. Dean and David B. Reynolds understand that union workers don't check their other identities at the shop floor door; they are people of color, women, immigrants. A New New Deal helps union organizers make the most of the multiple identities of workers in the fight against the overlapping injustices they face."―Dorian T. Warren, Columbia University

"This book is a must-read for new progressive leaders and those interested in the evolution of the labor movement in America."―Mike Honda, Congressman, 15th District, California

Clown. This is nothing more than a butthurt article written by a left wing Marxist. The sad thing is that most of you libs are either too ******* stupid or lazy to connect the dots. Maybe you're both stupid AND lazy.

The bottom line is that the leftist unions CANNOT STAND the fact that they continue to lose their jobs to the Right to Work south. It's pathetic that you can't understand why. Folks like Scott Walker actually get it and is attempting to make the Rust Belt attractive again for corporations.

That's gonna leave a mark
Marxism really is amazing ... no matter how many times it fails, there are still true believers.

Seriously ALJAZEERA?!? The "news" outlet that openly mocks America on Independence day?

Quote:"Not to brag, but we have the most incarcerated people in the world," a woman in an American flag and bald eagle T-shirt says. "God bless the prison-industrial complex."

A man waving a small flag says, "When it comes to obesity … a third of us can't even see our own toes." Another flag waver say that America is No. 1 in cheese production, "specifically, probably Wisconsin," though she doesn't explain why cheese production is a negative.

Another actor fires off finger pistols and says, "we've got 90 guns per 100 persons. Sorry, Yemen, we beat you in drones and guns!"

"Americans consume 80 percent of the world’s painkillers," another says. Makes sense though, right? I mean racism in this country is a big pain in the ***."

The video also claims America produces and watches the most pornography, has the largest per capita amount of teen pregnancies, has the largest credit card debt and most people killed by lawnmowers.

aljazeera the news source for bufoons

An conservative sources like Breitbart and Drudge are called into question.
Absolutely amazing you guys gloss over the graft of Walker and attack who knows what. Well at least you didn't pivot to Obama or Hillary. The guy lined his contributors pockets with public money and not one person on the right condemns it. Telling.
I'll watch MSNBC for sh-ts & giggles.

I draw the line at Al-Jazeera ... no thanks, I'll pass.
