Is it legitimate positive news?

I've always felt that ADs should be behind the scenes and speak publicly regarding policy, about the sports department as a whole, or when asked. Let the head coaches speak to issues involving their particular sport...

I THINK it was going to be when we start up again but not sure. That was the scuttlebutt.

Nope. Which is why if I took stuff seriously on this board I would stop being a fan. Too much cryptic talk and overreaction. I understand everyone has an opinion but opinion based off misinformation or lack thereof is just nonsense.

At the very least, recognizing that he was about to make a mistake is a positive sign within itself. I'm still pretty curious what it pertained to, though.

Amateur hour as usual. Clark is one of the previous few around there with a brain stem and the rest of the lunatics in the Athletic Dept. are trying as hard as they can to run him off with stupid crap like this.

Not making the announcement isn't what is getting him called an amateur. It's the scheduling of an announcement in a way that it would leak, only to cancel the announcement at the last minute because something changed.

Actually Kurre notified us all of a big announcement on his show. Ingram never said anything...

It is a hopeless situation, like a relationship gone bad when one party gets burned so bad, they never trust their partner again. In those cases, its best that you just move on and find someone else. Staying together just makes things worse.
