Some article I read talked about how Ole Miss still gives Tuberville credit for any success that Ole Miss is enjoying now....THAT MAKES ME SICK!!!!!!
I liked Tuberville's "style" and confidence but he has been gone from us for over 5 years. I don't want him getting any credit for our success now. The S.O.B. deserted his players - the way he left is what made me want to puke. Not the fact that he left. It was like getting married, having a couple of kids and then walking out on your wife and kids for the "babe" down the street, because you think she has a better figure and she will produce better off-spring.
Good luck to you wingnut. You may win a NC @ Auburn one of these days but it won't be this year. Your ex-wife and family have knocked you out of even winning the SEC West!

I agree completely, Still, but in a way it was even worse than that. It was as if he said, "Honey, I'm taking you to [four-start restaurant] tonight, and tell the kids I've got a babysitter set to pick them up to take them to Chuck E. Cheese [or whatever]," and then he doesn't show, and the kids are fretting, and then... she turns on the TV to find he's run off with a peroxide blonde with breast implants and long red fingernails...
Okay, that was too dramatic, but you know what I mean. I had reassured the fans and those kids (because that's what they are, we need to remember) that he was staying, and then he behaved very, very badly.
I agree; it was not the fact of his leaving (good riddance, Tubesteak!); it was the way he did it.

That's absurd. There isn't one single player left on our squad that Teletubby recruited.

I wish I could remember where I read it..."Absurd" is a good way to describe what I thought. He did well with what we had - the probation and all but his being here has nothing to do with the success we are havinig this friggin year!
