From Craft & Coach Clark?

Or another meaning such as resources, etc.... or simply inspirational

Wow, you must have esp or other great powers if you can interpret those 2 tweets to have anything to do with 2017.
Thank you.
I think people read way too much into Clark's inspirational tweets. There are no secret messages.

I also think that Mark Ingram's twitter account, the one where Blazer fans has been blasting him, is a dummy account. He has never tweeted from that account and has never favorited or retweeted from that account. Seems fruitless to tweet to an account he probably doesn't know exists.

We don't possess the most twitter savvy folks in our fan base.

We do seem to have folks with a Masters in reading between the Lines and a Doctorate in jumping to conclusions though.
"Doing it the right way" is something we all want. How long will it take to "get it right"? Has one singe NEW facility been started on campus? Have any been approved for near future (fall - winter 2015/16) construction? If 2017 is too ambitious, will there be a lot of people still caring in 2018 - 2020?
No I agree; a statement like that points more towards a delayed return in order to "do it right".

2016 with recruited players but no games, 2017 for return to NCAA? That's looking very likely.
As a reference, the new soccer facility was approved (with money in place?) months ago and just got started last week. So, even assuming approval at next BOT meeting, construction may still be 4-6 months away...
Soccer stadium design was done before money was raised. IPF design has yet to begin other than rough sketches. Usually design / Bid phase takes 6-12 months. That's if it's perfect and the state doesn't kick it back for revisions.

You know much more than most of us, but I am not sure UAB has years of no play to make a comeback to football. You have set up a possible scenario whereby the BOT can, if it so desires, block UAB's return with quality play until almost 2020.

Coming back with facilities few state high school programs would tolerate is not a good plan for successful return to FBS football.

If privately-funded is a bid process still necessary. And is an organization such as FF considered private?
Can we just put out that 2016 is the goal and not discuss a further return than that until it is confirmed. Coach Clark & staff are recruiting for 2016 right now and many kids are looking for immediate playing time. Don't put any doubt in their mind that we will be playing in 2016.
it will have to go through UAB so state bid laws will apply. You would want it to go through the bid process any way where state bid laws can also protect you. Ensure the lowest bid and also allow for the CM to weed out people that have no business bidding on a project that size.
Ingram said in recent interview that UAB would field a team in 2016 if that was the only way we could stay at FBS level. Otherwise, the decision will depend on several things including NCAA waivers, facilities, and what Coach Clark and AD Ingram believe is the best way to roll out the new UAB Blazer football team. Ingram keeps talking about protecting the health of the players. It didn't want a bunch of Freshman going up against SEC and C-USA teams every weekend just to get hurt. I think we will learn something soon from the NCAA then we'll have a better picture.
Anybody else notice Chris from math class has gone dark?
His credibility was shot after Lawrence Kinnard didn't transfer.
When FBHC Clark is given the "green light", he has proven that he can bring in decent quality players in good numbers. He did very well in 2014 and can do it again when cleared to do so. One of his problems has been UAB's eternally "Planned" but never "Built" competitive facilities. Can UAB do better between now and 2017?

Has Chris from Math class heard anything?
