Given this, how do we start to send our pledges in to the football part of the Campaign for UAB? Will they bill us monthly etc???

It will probably depend on whether you altered the pledge form. If you said donation of $xxxx as $xxx per year for 5 years, you'll get a bill for the whole amount of the first year donation. If you made specifications about the donation (e.g. I did a yearly increase and stated billable in quarterly installments) then I presume I'll get an invoice for 1/4th my first year pledge.
