I love the fact that Nick comes in without the weight of the program on his shoulders. Take a year, learn, prepare, grab a few rebounds and block a few shots in a defined reserve role, so you can be one of our horses after Shaq and Austin are gone. That's the "putting guys in the best position to succeed" mindset with him.

Most of the guys Memphis gets are not BORN ready. They can get there, but it'll take time.
