Trojans batting in the top of the ninth, still 3 to 3. Holding my breath and crossing my fingers. We haven't fared well in late innings and extra inning games. Again not much offense by the Trojans . Rockwell pitching for Trojans.
Bottom of the 14th still tied. Rockwell has pitched 7 innings and given up four hits.

Trojans in a heap of trouble in the bottom of the 14th. Bases loaded and one out. Sac fly gets the winning run in. No ASU hits in the ninth. Not sure how the leadoff batter got on, but the second batter reached on a Trojan error, and they intentionally walked the next batter. Then came the sac fly. Oh well.

Trojans lose, 4-3, in 14 innings. With the loss UALR are eliminated from post-season play.

UALR loses in 14, 4-3. Nice effort by Rockwell, who came out before the bottom of the 14th started. Looks like we are staying home for the tournament. Same old, same old. Wait until next year.

Leadoff guy walked.

You want a question of how things happened, you should check and see how you had a runner thrown out trying to score from 3rd on a SINGLE to right field. That has to be a bad read or a really slow runner...or both.

Rockwell is amazing. Glad he is graduating... We still have to win tomorrow and get a little help if we want to make the tourney ourselves. It would be awesome if you guys would be grateful guests...

I was following the game on your tracker which was posted above. I saw we had a runner on third that was thrown out at home on what was recorded as a base hit. How is that possible? Also, if that did happen, wouldn't it be scored as a fielder's choice rather than a base hit?

From what was in the paper this morning, the winning run by ASU in the 14th was facilitated, once again, by yet another wild pitch from a reliever and yet another error by the second baseman. Coach Curry will fix both of those areas with new players.
