You don't expect to lose good players with eligibility left to other programs.
Last I heard we're not a juco. We're a four year university. Got to build a winning program that goes to the NCAA on a regular basis. Then you don't have to worry about losing good players transferring before they finish their eligibility.

Winning programs that go to the NCAA on a regular basis lose transfers, too, but the real fans of those programs don't root for the teams that stole them.

But most of those kids who left winning programs probably weren't getting the playing time they thought they deserved. Players that are starting on good teams don't usually leave, unless there are some personal problems.
