#4 the lack of steep seating angles in the lower bowl

The conceptual drawings appear to show a gradual grade in the first several rows that gets a little steeper in the remaining rows. We need the new convo to be completely opposite of the old convo which has an awful seating grade that puts the back rows way too far away from the action.
Get close to the magic 45 degree angle and seats will be as close to the action as they can get. As I mentioned in Convo updates part 3, getting seats as close as possible to the action drives up demand, revenue, and engagement.
Also, a steeper seating arrangement can reduce the square footage of the building which has a couple of benefits... a) more green space around the perimeter b) cheaper utility bills for Heating and A/C.
I don't know of any reason to build arenas without a steep seating grade. Perhaps somebody else does.

What say ye?
I've agreed with every point you've made... including this one. however, this one I'm confident will be taken care of. the only reason I think that is because BFS has (in my opinion) a pretty steep grade and great sight lines. that tells me they're aware of the issue. could be wrong, but I think this will be taken care of. not sure about your other suggestions, but I'm crossing my fingers (and will definitely let them know if there is a survey).

I think you are 100% spot on regarding the grade. I also think that the seats that are furthest from the action should be on the sides not behind the backboards. It would be a permanent screw up if they get this wrong. And they are fully capable of screwing this up.
In an arena of this size almost all of the seats should feel close to the action.
