That was freaking awesome to follow at the time!! That was the year I became a fan of UNCW baseball instead of just basketball and it started even before the NCAA Regional. Heck, I didn't think we were even going to get in to the Dance after losing to like Mason in the CAA tourney. You could just tell that they were really good that year though. I remember going to a UNC game at Carolina that year and expecting a win and they did!

I too remember that tourney, despite the short stay.
Unfortunately, that loss to UNCW is the last NCAA game NU has played in ...
Think we can get back in the next few years though.
