WMU getting a new video scoreboard, plus possibly two smaller video boards for the other side of the stadium. Will be in place for first game of the season vs. MSU.

Might be relevant some day.
I am looking more for the master facility plans if any are being looked into by the university over individual renovations.

Don't know if JMU has one. Might be too well-defined for their administration's liking.
I believe EMU is well into a comprehensive master facilities plan review.

Presumably we'll hear more later this year with plans.

I believe most of the athletic facilities are in very good shape except Rynearson and what could be done to update it. Things like lighting, scoreboard, press box, football building are all very old and inadequate. There have been public rumors about lighting and scoreboard for a year or two now.

Otherwise, the Convo is in excellent shape and EMU has spent decent bucks on baseball stadium, soccer, tennis courts, etc. enhancements.

Not sure if any $ needs to be spent on Bowen Field House (home of track and field).

We'll see if EMU plans to join Miami and other MAC schools in the 'facilities [spending] race.'
After looking all of the schools up I was surprised at how many kicked campaigns off. Also thought it was funny that they sound similar to each other. I do like that baseball and softball are getting attention this time around.
OHIO has done much of its athletics facilities upgrades over the last ten years, which saw the penultimate project completed last year in the Walter Fieldhouse.

The only pending major project for athletics is the Sook Academic Center: http://campaignforacademicexcellence.com/

Aside from improved scoreboards in the Convo and Peden Stadium over the next two years, plus interior and exterior renovations to the Convo, we do not anticipate any significant upgrades to athletics facilities.

The general campus is going through half a billion dollar capital improvement project (to total one billion once all phases are complete), much of which is due to decades of deferred maintenance, and first in line are major projects to replace dated student housing: http://www.ohio.edu/facilities/planning-...inting.pdf
From a cynic -

Here's the thing with these building campaigns...they never actually get completed. They start out as 6-year projects, and they collect a bunch of money and start building early, but after 3 or 4 years, they stop getting promoted. Then in year 5, a new 7-year facilities campaign gets started, and more donations are requested, and a few more upgrades are made, then 5 years later....
Have you ever heard of a press conference where a University says - 'we just completed the facilities plan, we built everything we needed, there's nothing more planned for the next few years, so we won't be asking you for more money now'?
