Don't waste a scholy on him, he'd never pan out. Just like that rapper kid last year.

If he wants to be a walk-on, then sure. Nothing to lose.

I would not use a scholarship on him though. He's had enough chances in that department. Maybe after a year or two of being a walk-on.

He's waiting for a situation where there's no competition. Northwood.

But they may get him at CMU. The Chips own Ithica.
