I'd say we won the trade.

Have to agree in terms of potential production & need for team. Like Nick & wish him great success at Bama.
Wait, people dont think Nick King is good? These boards are weird.

Big fan of Nick, I think losing him was the worst of all of them

With King having to sit out a year, we'll get to analyze Tarrant's "trade value" a lot sooner. Let's hope that things work out for both players.
Wow! Shocking! you mean he is not going to Tennessee like someone peviously posted on MT.org????

Memphis also gives up a 2nd round pick and cash considerations.
Good luck to the young man.

Don't know about that, although I hope so. I do wish King the best, though. I will be interesting to see if he improves under Johnson.

I hope everything works out for Nick. He can relax this year and develop his game. The Tigers are better off this fall with this "swap". I like it.

Agree.
All depends if Nick can get his head together away from the meddlers that kept in his ear here. For some players it is best they leave town. Especially those who have a lot of local people in his ear everyday. King has more potential it is only a question of if he is willing to do the work to reach the potential. While he was here he was not willing.
Good luck Nick, you'll be joining Tarik soon.
I wish Nick success at his new school and I thank him for donning a Tiger uniform.
Here's a good trivia game to stump Tiger fans. Let's play "Where Are They Now?"

I like Nick a lot, he is just a terrible defensive liability at this point.

I bet he goes out on a high note his last 2 years there.
I liked Nick. Hate to see him go.

Good Luck.
