Let's see - he used steroids and performing enhanced drugs to win his Olympic Gold. He was a terrible actor in a series of horrendous films. He's been a publicity hound for 30-40 years, trying to stay in the national spotlight despite having no talent or willingness to do any useful work.

Why would we want him? And I would have said all that before even knowing his political preferences.

Eh, to each his own. I don't understand the guy; however, I can easily see how being around that family all that time would drive someone crazy.

The guy is a head case and I feel bad for his kids. Glad he at least waited for them to grow up to pull this, but my hunch is this is a publicity stunt for another dog and pony show and he actually is not a "transgender".

In the interview, she made a big deal out of President Obama being the first President to say the word "transgender". He said "I'm not a big fan" (of Obama's). She was visibly in shock at his statement. Then, in an almost incredulous tone she said "are you a Republican?" He stated he was a christian and conservative and stated "I believe in the Constitution".

Funny, She was raised in a Republican household and was Turned Off by Money.............Talk about calling the Kettle Black! one of the Biggest Hypocrites of All Time.

I didn't watch it but I saw clips this morning.

I feel sorry for Bruce but in all honesty I still like and respect him/her.

I think he is a legitimately nice guy.

He's a man. Always has been, always will be. Now, what's going on in his mind is anyone's guess.

I figure dressing like a woman and voting Republican are his business. I'm not sure why it warrants a two hour tv special.

Many of us said the same thing about Michael Sams. His coverage was non-stop for weeks and weeks, however.

In a country that puts up Lindsey Lohan and the Kardashians, we are complaining about two hours for Jenner? At least he has ever actually done anything.

I didn't watch, don't plan to catch any reruns, but this is far from our worst failing.
