Ga. Southern at UALR
Troy at UTA
Also South Alabama at Evansville
Some big games this weekend will lead to maybe some separation in the standings.
Some increased chatter out of Jonesboro that our hitting coach did not make the trip to Monroe this weekend for unknown reasons.
He's been a polarizing figure this year. Is generally hated by fans and blamed for our struggles this year. Not very popular with players either. It's been said a few times that Raffo could find his own job in jeopardy if he doesn't make changes this summer.
This is our last series before the stretch where folks will decide how seriously to take our place in the standings.
Our midweek game vs Mercer was rained out so we have had all week for our pitchers to rest up. UALR series should be a good one. Their team ERA is over 6 so I am hoping we can get in their bullpen and put up some runs this weekend. I would be happy with taking 2 of 3.
From the looks of the weather TXST/ULL may not get a game in tonight.
Tonight's start time has been pushed to 7:30
Confirmed: Our hitting coach was not allowed to travel to Monroe. Official word is he is "Recruiting"
We might have a chance this weekend after all. Which means its guaranteed at least 2 games get rained out.
USA at Evansville was rained out. They'll try to play a doubleheader tomorrow.

Bobcats rained out tonight, DH scheduled for tomorrow starting at Noon . . .
This has been a crazy year for rainouts. So many series have gone to DH games to avoid rain or lost games to rain

True that . . . I'm not going to complain though, we haven't had near the weather issues that ASU has . . . .

Tie game 6-6 top of 8th.
Eagles with the 3 run homer to take the lead 9-6.
9-6 GS winning now in 8th. Good comeback after being behind 6-1. Still need to close the door.
