We obviously have no idea what direction Coach Beard will go. I think it would be great if he decided that Joe was a good fit and kept him on the staff (if Joe was willing to do that and I tend to believe he would). And then, if Coach Beard, were to get another job after taking us to a couple of NCAA tournaments, I would be totally supportive of hiring an assistant (i.e. Joe) from a successful staff.
