Assuming Joe isn't the hire, that leaves Cunningham and Crass from the present staff. Unfortunately Cunningham has serious physical problems, so we don't know if he's even going to be able to coach for awhile. I have a feeling that Ted will have a shot at staying. I would assume both Downey and Beard would have connections that they could use to build their staff. So many unknowns.
Ted is there because he is cheap. Joe is in a way because he is cheap.
Cunningham is sick and was making all the money.

If Ted stays because of his dad,then we still have problems.
I figure if a coach keeps him he will be back as the dbo. No offense to him but we need to fill the assistant spots with people with more experience.
Yes, that is the way i see it too. He is probably a great fit at that.
