Now what are they up to? Very quiet. So is the ACC. PackPride 81' started a very potential rumor some time ago. Yep something is most likely up. I may disagree with the whole of how it ends up. Well and it's first stages. Remember no matter ND will hold on to INDY as long as possible or YES(as somesay) forever. They have a good partner in the ACC. They may have another partner. First let's get back to NBC. They want in the ballgame my good peeps. Look for some signs in future. ONe sign could be if they steal a bigtime sportscaster. Or maybe more of course. Simply huge they have Michaels and C'worth already. Plus the IRISH crew not bad I suppose. Look for more. The other partner you ask? Starting to hear some more Hook em Horns talk. I dunno all of course. I will say they would love to have a ND deal. Doubt ACC gives em that. But a TEXAS division with NBC support. Throw in connections with the ACC/ND and well........ Sure looks getting national to me. Just maybe not way I issued a month ago. Plus something I also noted was just more a example then actual. Texas is huge. IMHO when all is said and done they will dismantle BIG 12. Anyone disagree?
Shotgun approach to realignment. See what, if anything, sticks to the wall from the blast.

If, by shotgun, you mean monkey-flinging-poo then I have to agree.

I think that he is saying that Texas is going to head up a Texas based ACC division with NBC's help.

Finally you hit nail on head. Don't forget though UT needs to have some followers. Not hard to read between lines. ND will eventually play for ACC title. Still have a Nat'l type schedule. You guys always find ways to lick the others .....no pun intended!. It will be called saving day for all parties.

Hard to disagree when it takes forever just to translate this gibberish.

But if you are saying what I think you are saying, then yes, I disagree. Texas is already tied to ESPN via the LHN. So if they were to go indy for football, that only makes them more tied to ESPN. ND is tied to ESPN through the ACC for everything but their home football games and hockey. If Texas were to go indy but get an ND type deal with the ACC, again, that makes them more tied to ESPN. The ACC is fully tied to ESPN with all of their properties.

As I see the landscape, the earliest NBC can become a player in regard to Texas, ND, and/or the ACC is 2026.

Cheers,
Neil
