got me....I haven't even been thinking about April Fools day. About 5 thoughts ran through my mind as to why he would transfer before I opened it up to see it was a prank. Ankle surgery, going to use a redshirt year to transfer and heal; was not happy with the way the season ended; was upset the running back coach that recruited him had left and one of the snakes that exists out there was making an offer to play at a BCS school where he could be the feature back for 2 years and get a degree from a school with a solid academic reputation. Ok - 4 instead of 5. Amazing how fast your mind can operate when in panic mode....
I didn't see this until today. Must say the title puzzled me as much as shocked me. The possibility of such a thing has crossed my mind, but I always resolved it to the likely-hood that, by coming to UT, Kareem is now too smart to do that.
