Looking for homers to go into great detail about why your team will win it all, in any of the 4 major (relative) college sports (CFB, NCAAM, NCAAW, MBB).

I want to know what kind of year to expect from the teams under the American banner. The more detail the better.
We won't lose a game in baseball.

Original
- Re-opening of Nippert Stadium
- Gunner Kiel/Mike Boone
- Return of Mick Cronin
- Returning almost our entire basketball team, possibly our most talented bunch in over a decade
Nic and Markus are back. Larry's daughter enrolls as a freshman and Semi, Shake and Sedge light it up

Oh and Chad Morris
In football, I think we have an outside shot to run the table. BYU, Miami, UCF, and others will be tough. But I don't think we will be overmatched by anyone on our schedule -- just comes down to execution. I am excited to see what kind of numbers Gunner Kiel can put up if he stays healthy. I think Cincinnati will be a high-octane, explosive offense that is a lot of fun to watch. And I think being back in Nippert could propel a special season. I think we have as good of a chance as anyone to win the AAC and make the G5 bowl.

In basketball, we return everyone except one of our role players, Jermaine Sanders. Sanders was one of my favorite players, but I think the trio of Justin Jenifer, Jacob Evans, and Tre Scott will more than make up for his absence. Caupain, Ellis, and Clark will be all-conference caliber players. We have a great non-conference schedule, but there's not a single team on our schedule I don't believe we can beat. Anything less than an AAC championship, top 4 seed, and Sweet 16 run will be a disappointment. If we can play a little more up-tempo and our team gels, I think we are a dark horse Final Four team.

Basically, I am geeked about next year. I think it could be our year to make a New Year's bowl AND a deep tournament run.

You know I really dont agree with anything at all here.

I dont see UCF getting another shot at the championship next year. ESPECIALLY considering that there will be only one, given the CCG.

I still want to beat you though. Ain't no one runs through UCF. 05-mafia

Basketball. OK, we'll let you have that one.

To me, these are some good reasons to be excited about UC football.

I'd also add the schedule: Miami Hurricanes come to your place, and you have a road game at BYU which will be nice to watch on TV.

BTW, here's a little something I whipped up just for you guys:

AmericanRx: Football AAC-vs-ACC 2015
That cuse game against usf pisses me off. They backed out on us last minute.

I'm sure they realized they had NO chance to beat UCF on the road... USF, maybe.
Let's face it - Syracuse is struggling to be bowl-eligible; they need any FBS win the can get!
In FB, I am optimistic because we play Memphis.
In BB, I'm not optimistic because we play Memphis.
We are very good at the 2 most important positions in college sports. Quarterback and basketball head coach
FB: We have a real coaching staff now.
MBB: we showed good progress at the end of the season, and Sampson will have a true recruiting class this year.
Football: Loaded backfield, loaded WR corps, deep veteran OL, loaded LB corps, improving secondary, favorable schedule.

Basketball: Experienced team coming back, BJ Tyson, the emergence of Marshall Guilmette, Kentrell Barkley coming in, and getting some help in the post via recruiting. Good to have that first year of American basketball under our belts, and we realized that it's a league we can compete & win in.

Baseball: Cliff Godwin is a top-flight recruiter. Give him a couple seasons to get his guys in there. We should be markedly better next year.

I forgot they are in the West division.. in that case...

"WE ARE DOOMED!"
Football: Lots of young talent a very good defense
Basketball: young talent.

In both cases we should be better than this year which shouldn't be hard to do. Going .500 in each sport is my goal for the team's next year
