Today, March 29, at 5:30 pm, the coaches have invited fans to join together on 45th street outside the Ted to send off the team as they travel to NYC. I have heard that 100.5 and the news may be there. Come on out if you have 30 minutes to spare.

There's a charter flight from Norfolk to Teterboro at 7 pm tonight, which should be the team.
It was a good send off. About a hundred of us out there. Pres. Broderick was there. Ted Alexander acted as cheerleader and got us all fired up before the players started to arrive. The players were real gracious allowing fans to take selfish with them, high fives, etc. One of the boosters gave each of the players a big bag of candy for the trip. Coach Jones thanked us all for showing up and said they would try their best to bring back the hardware.
P.S. The entire time Coach Stith was on the phone talking recruiting.

Thanks for that recruiting tidbit Painted Blue. Let's hope we can close the deal on either the 6'8" Juco or the 6'10" Canadian! Or really,whoever the coaches want, they have earned our trust! Reading up on those two though, they would seem to be difference makers.
