agreed. LA Tech fans can choke on their "cheater" comments. Much happier ODU got to NYC than the Ruston Nation.

I agree. I always pull for the conference in the postseason tournaments, but I had a hard time pulling for them.

Yeah, the calling folks cheaters just for winning a tournament they hosted and the like was really dumb and uncalled for, but I attribute that kind of nonsense to the kind of fans that are on the fringe. Every encounter I've had with La Tech fans on the forums and in person has actually been really pleasant. Don't let those few folks rub you the wrong way and reduce your perception of the whole.
Temple just played a really good, solid game. Of course, you can nitpick here and there, but La Tech is a team that needs to control tempo if they want to win and the truth is they couldn't capitalize on that in terms of pace or the press. I'm actually sad to see Speedy go down like that, too. He was putting the team on his back and trying so hard to get that W. It looked pretty bad, but I hope for good news. On a lighter note, ODU is back to early season ODU so I'm interested to see what damage they're going to do.

ODU is in great shape for next year. We need a few other teams to step up, and the two of us need to pace te conference. We are in good shape of we can do that.
As far as the fringe fan goes, I hate ECU because of two posters. I know it's not right, but damn. And la tech was a lot more than 1 or 2 fans calling us names and openly bashing our team.
