So obviously we all know who Ray Watts is.

But a bunch of neutrals have no idea why we chant "fire ray watts".

When I was outside the YUM center I had an idea-- what if we have flyers that just explains the 'fire ray watts' chants? Something really simple that goes "Who is Ray Watts? You may sometimes hear us during the game chanting "Fire Ray Watts". Then a short explanation of what he did, the BOT, and the votes of no confidence.

Then at the end a simple invitation to join in when we call for firing him.

(I know we don't want to distract the basketball team, but I think they've been hearing the chants all season long so it probably makes them feel at home and they know it's a support of all athletics.)

Thoughts? (I didn't manage to get a spot to louisville again so I can't do it)
I don't think it's even worth the effort.

The intent and the chant are cool, but, frankly, I'd just ignore him. It's all about the team right now. If people want to know, the information is already compiled and out there. In a time when folks are only a few touch screen motions away from looking stuff up, I don't think anyone needs to waste any time posting fliers when they should rightfully be there having a good time supporting the team.
What he said. Think long term goals.
I think it is a great idea. If we had the Kentucky fans really chant wth us it would be deafening.
I say go for it if you can make it happen in time for tomorrow. It doesn't detract from all other efforts. Make it as widespread outside the State as possible.
Believe it or not, most college fans know who Ray Watts is. There has been a lot of success getting this story on the national stage.

Yes, there has been. We don't need a flyer at this point. Direct Communications has suffered a terrible beating. I notice that DirectComm is on the offensive on al-dot-com, via Ray's collection agent and reliable bum-boy David Sher and some idiot named Roy Johnson. They're scared. We're having an impact.

I know from direct knowledge that there are basketball players every bit as devoted to #FreeUAB as any of us. They're not stupid, hell, they attend the same university we did. They're perfectly able to maintain their focus while we chant Fire Ray Watts.

With every Blazer win, Ray Watts dies a little more inside.
One more reason to hope for a deep tournament run.
