We are very lucky to have William Lee. Can't wait to watch him develop even more over the next couple years.

It was hilarious listening to sports radio in Mobile on the way home Thursday night. Randy Kennedy was telling (joking) his co-host to not talk about UAB because it was the Tide and Tiger show and talking about UAB would hurt Alabama and Auburn since UAB was doing so well. He even mentioned Lee specifically, "If UAB has a good run, who's to say the next William Lee won't pick them over Alabama or Auburn?" He was having a good time with it, while at the same time giving props to UAB and the impact they could have in the state.

I think the recruiting battles between UAB/ Auburn and maybe UAB/ Alabama (depending on who they hire as coach) could be bigger than the ones that involved Bartow, Smith, and Sanderson. We are about to embark on a fun ride in basketball.
