This is not going to happen today or tomorrow. Some time. What you guys are missing is some also see a movement back in time. Meaning a NBC basically conference that controls the timezones. Plus gives each conference more regional feel. Then a flexibility to schedule OOC games that make fans happy. Enough of FSU against Citadel. VT against Austin Peay or ND versus Nevada. Heck if you play those games there is no reason for it to be Nationally televised. ND has luxury here that I am sure most are tired of. Really shouldn't the Irish versus let's say a tier down squad be on the ol' Home Team Sports? FSU VERSUS CLEMSON on NBC. Or Texas versus OU. LOL even the real honest Irish fan would agree. NBC when pulls this deal will be be pioneer of this thinking. ESPN will have some games. Mostly Bball as is now. NBC will still has it share of the winter ball also. YOu can assume Duke and UNC once a year will fly like a peacock.

Epic fail. I would rather watch ND play Northwestern on NBC than some backwater channel.

I would rather watch ND play Nevada on NBC rather than FSU v. Clemson (which I would not watch wherever it was televised).
