of the C-USA Tourney is all Public Service Announcements.

I don't think they sold many advertisers for the the Tournament so far.

it's 98% PSA's so far , looks like some local ads are sprinkling in now at the bottom of the half hour, but the national spots are (crickets).

I'm not sure they ever do national ads as they are a regional network. Basically the local stations purchase the ASN to run and then sell their own local ads. Far more likely that the Birmingham station couldn't sell many ads because potential companies assumed fans would be at the games (a bad assumption, I believe).

National Ads run on any type network, even cable (Subway, Toyota, Nike). It looks like the My68/CW21 sales people didn't sell squat for today's games. Make sense My68 buys the feed. It's on the local Sales Dept. for not filling those spots.

I meant national in the sense of "Network Wide", not national brands. I don't think ASN sells many ads. Definitely on the My68 Sales Team.

Makes me think some FreeUAB ads would have been cheap.

Great Idea. I'm sure they would take $30 a spot right now. Who is charge of our commercial?
