He was flying commercial on recruiting trips before Bowen got here. It was HIS decision.

It was Pastner's decision to cut the Athletic Department travel budget? I find that hard to believe. Now if he was told he had to cut a certain amount of money from somewhere and he chose to cut out charter flights, then that I would believe.

I'm not talking about the travel budget THIS year. It was his decision to stop taking private planes on recruiting visits 3 or 4 years ago. Once the can of worms got open it was hard to stop the flood.
