Carolina's issues are Carolina's issues. Carolina, however, did not have the DOB doing course work.

Clearly you do. Not once did I excuse their behavior I have said over and over they got what they deserved. All I've said is Its happened and is happening elsewhere and I hope the ncaa is consistent my bet is they won't be.

That is an excuse. "It happens everywhere" is an excuse. We'll take our punishment, but just know that everyone else is doing the same thing....that is an excuse.

You're a stand up guy, but it sure comes across as someone who is deflecting blame by pointing out other's perceived flaws.On the day the NCAA rules on UNC, I'm sure you'll be more willing to stay on point.

He was close to retiring, now i'd be he sticks around for some time to try and prove everyone wrong. I'm interested to see what the loss of scollys does to his best class in his career coming in next yer

I think the loss of schlarships has no effect on the program at all.They do have good players coming and return a solid core of guys as well.He has nothing to prove but I guess he is just stubborn enough to hang around.There is nothing he can do to prove to everyone -he and the school admitted they were guilty.I think the timing would be perfect to get the new blood in and move into a new era of basketball.
