The ticket office says less than 500 tickets remain. That doesn't count count student tickets. They will issue those till the Fire Marshall says stop.

Hopefully the weather doesn't come into play for folks traveling to the game tomorrow.

An outdoor playground marked off with yellow police tape?

No, I think ECU has a new BB stadium. Correct?

That's what I was thinking about ... the practice facility.

Well, an 8K stadium isn't so bad. UConn has 10K on campus. SMU has about 7,200 (I think). And both of those paces have a great atmosphere.

What make Minges different is the low roof. Lower than most any other place I've ever been. 5,000 can make the building rumble, 8,000 you feel the ground shaking. When packed Minges is the loudest college arena I ever been to. That includes Cameron Indoor, NC State's old Reynolds Coliseum, The Smith Center, Rupp Arena and several others.

Obligatory Memphis statement: Memphis has not beaten ECU in football in a decade
I know they list capacity as 8k, but I don't think you can actually get that many in there. Hope the student turnout is really good because I think a lot of out of towners won't be able to make it due to the iffy weather. I'm questionable right now depending on when the next wave of snow is supposed to come through tomorrow night.

That's the only game I can think of that was really full. It was as loud and as hot as any sporting even I've been to.

The record for single attendance was the Marqutte game in the 2002-2003 season at 8,081. That was before we added the court side premium seating and another 50 seats the the top of the bench side rows (folding chairs on an extra empty row). The max today would around 8,250.
