Spotted this in the grocery store and thought, "That's the same bottle carried by that little toad-faced ************ Ray Watts." And then I looked at the label. This is the real product. It is not a photoshop:

Reason for line of questioning is I think I buy a 20 pack of generic spring water for $4. I guess if I made about a million dollars a year, the thought wouldn't cross my mind.

Two bottles.

If I'm at a grocery store and can purchase in bulk, then I go with that. But at QT the 2/$2 thing is the cheapest they've got.
& I believe Georgia does not tax food items either (if this applies)

Phil, I have already written about how Alabama's tax structure is based upon a "soak the lower middle and poor while shielding those above them from equivalent taxation" precept. Blazerman did not bring up anything new. Just because you apparently like the way the system works for you doesn't make it a good one for the majority in this state.
