Its optional per team. I could see UAB gradually go from $0 to full cost as the football ship gets righted...
I would imagine the COA for UAB would be roughly the same as Marshall since they are both in very poor states and in a similar urban setting within their largely rural states. Whatever Marshall eventually winds up paying is likely to be the standard for the other similarly placed C-USA schools.
