Finished it last night. It was okay. A good portion of the book is a recap of last season. There are a few factual errors. I don't think Nancy Zimpher is the President of SU. He implies that schools only get $165,000 per round of the NCAAs. While true, he makes no mention of the fact that they get it for 5 years. So, getting to the Final Four is worth $4.125 million. Plus, it is expense free, the NCAA picks up all costs associated with the tourney. So, a first round exit earns a school $825,000 over the 5 years, while most schools break even from a minimum payout bowl bid. He also makes a big deal about Wright's contract extension and that none of the other Catholic schools could pay a coach that much. Funny, Crean makes more than Wright and is one of the highest paid coaches in the country. Finally, once you get past the expansion stuff, it reads like a biography of UConn's season. Lots of quotes from Calhoun. I thought is really lacked details on some of the others schools, e.g. UC. With all that was going on with UC last season, I thought it warrented more attention. USF barely gets mentioned. SJU is ripped on throughout. Very little on the whole Watters matter at RU or Orr being forced out at SH.

Like I said, its an okay book. However, I think it missed a good portion of the story from last year.
