Teenagers at a California high school were publicly shamed for disagreeing with speakers allowed to push an LGBT agenda during an English class, according to several upset parents.

The Queer Straight Alliance at Acalanes High School, in Lafayette, lectured students in several ninth-grade English classes on Jan. 29 about LGBT issues, according to Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute, which is representing the parents.

During the class, the students, ages 14 and 15, were instructed to stand in a circle. Then, they were grilled about their personal beliefs and their parents’ beliefs on homosexuality, PJI alleges.

“The QSA had students step forward to demonstrate whether they believed that being gay was a choice and whether their parents would be accepting if they came out as gay,” PJI attorney Matthew McReynolds said. “Students who did not step forward were ridiculed and humiliated.”

What does this have to do with 9th grade English?
This country is ******. There's no other way of putting it.
So Russia's anti gay propaganda laws don't seem so bad now do they?
More clear liberal indoctrination. How many of our left wing posters will defend this?

If they continue to call themselves q***r they'll get warnings when they come to this forum and post.

No, they are still inappropriate.

With that said, this situation here is just as bad. Just because this school is a mentally perverse dump doesn't excuse Putin's little sorry excuse of a "gay policy".
Liberals want Everything to be Political.
LGBT agenda is a Political Agenda. Nothing More, Nothing Less and it seems to be driven By Democrats
Simply nonsense. It is though par for the course in Cali.
Students shouldn't participate in any of this sort of thing.

Oh, the good old days when freaks would have been to ashamed and embarrassed of themselves to try to turn the tables on normal folks.
Yep, the group should set up a booth in the hallway during lunch or something. It's asinine to actually disturb classtime when kids are actually trying to learn.
It's no longer allowed to just accept gays, now we have to celebrate them or we become bigots and homophobes.
The pendulum always swings back though.

I guess not if we want to become Russia. 03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao

When you keep shoving the majority backwards, after they've already been flexible with you, they will eventually get tired of it and push back.

I hate people that ask for an inch and take a mile.
Im glad I don't have a child in school now. I am sure I would have to object queerbonics being taught in my child's class.
Gender fluid: someone whose gender fluctuates. Really? That's a nice trick.
Where were the class smartasses when you needed them?
It's a shame what the "Queer Straight Alliance" did to those kids, and I can understand why the parents of the QSA's victims are angry.

But, it has to be said. Those parents placed their fourteen-year-old kids in the care of a California public school. Unless they've been in a coma for the last 20-ish years or so, they have no excuse to be surprised.
It's humorous gays are now proud of the "queer" label.

Didn't that used to be their "n" word?

It is perfectly fine to call homosexuals...queers. They openly use the moniker.
