Was February his actual last meeting? Yes I understand he will still run the bot with his "workers", but will his name be off the list now?

It is my belief that this is truth.

He already has Brooks in total charge.

According to this site, he turned 70 in December, and I believe his last meeting is the first meeting after his 70th birthday, so yes.

Of course we might one day have to drive a stake of holly through his heart. Exposure to daylight definitely makes him uncomfortable.

It does not really matter. He will still have as big an influence as Gary Neal Drummond does. They are both off of the BoT, but that's titular and has nothing to do with the power they wield.

It's intersting to me that the BOT didn't acknowledge that it was Bryant's last meeting. Maybe afraid of calling attention to him publicly to avoid a "broohaha" with us rabble rousers in the back.

Exactly. They would have had a party if they could have. I suspect enough congratulations were given behind the scenese.

The rules also say things like, meetings have to be announced to the public and then conducted in public.

Do we have any actual confirmation that Bryant has left, or will leave, the Board? Since he was never confirmed by the Senate, will they claim that also means the retirement rules does not apply?

PBJ is not done as a member of the UABOT. His last meeting will be at the Annual Meeting in TCL in September. See the bottom of page six of their stinking manual.

AB, So PBJ would keep walking around after a nuclear attack or if his head was cut off. Right? And, this week we learned they have personalities!

So as the ATF is doing its review and has to approach the BOT about capital investments, PBJ will still be on the BOT.
