Not good, going into these next games coming up. Lot of pressure on CJP now. This will be his final test for the season. If we win a few key games, I would think he will be off the hot seat.

Finish badly, then I think he will be done here. If he is able to coach what is left of his team to a few resppectable wins, without Nichols, then I may change my mind about canning him.

Why would he feel any pressure? According to what he told a ref recently , he's got 13.2 coming

Just told one of my kids who went to the game with me today that Austin may be out four games. The reply was, "So, basically four losses?"

This takes all the pressure off of coach...

Sounds like a high ankle sprain.

Damn hate to hear that. Good luck to Austin and hopefully he gets healthy soon.

Tiger fan base negativity starts wayyy too early. There is a chance--however slight--that someone might step up and these guys win a game or two whilst AN is out.

According to the CA, MRI shows moderate ankle sprain for Nichols. Expected to be out two weeks. It appears the earliest Nichols will return is the Tigers' Feb. 26 home game against SMU.
