The complex will include locker rooms, meeting rooms and coaches’ offices along with strength and conditioning, sports medicine and dining areas, all located next to the indoor practice facility and existing practice fields. The initial budget for the project is $62 million.

“We’re appreciative of the board giving final approval to the Littlejohn Coliseum project and initial approval to the football operations center,” said Dan Radakovich, director of athletics. “We will now seek state approval for these two extremely important facility pieces for our athletic department.”

Reconstruction of seating? So pouring entirely new concrete to alter the sightlines and proximity to the court?

Gutting the entire building and rebuilding within the shell. Essentially the same thing Tech did with Alexander/McCamish.

Years ago Freedom Hall was gutted and the floor lowered and roof raised and gave 19,000 seats. Was pretty good at the time but the state still controlled the dates so UL had to work around the schedule.

The interior obviously looks nice. But the exterior looks kind of bland for such a new facility. Talking about yum.

hell, I'm jealous of the YUM and Clemsons new renovations.

FSU needs to fix it's seating to make it a better basketball viewing arena.

There seems to be a lot of great things going on throughout the ACC.
