Much better now - up to "4 bars" and now I can tell perfectly if the ball went in or missed by three feet. Couldn't tell before...

Looks like the same officiating when I saw a game there in 1982 breathe on them an they call a foul. Rockets lost in OT to northerns ncaa tournament team out shot approximately 30 0 at the fould line in regulation.
