The Monarchs have a chance to move to 17-4 on the season, push their home record to 12-0 and the home winning streak to 15 straight. The last home loss came on Feb. 22, 2014, against Louisiana Tech.
FAU has had a rough season (8-9, 1-5), especially on the road where they have a record of 2-7 (wins over UCF and Jacksonville). Their RPI is mirrors that (252). Their lone conference win came at home against Marshall. They did take WKU to OT at home and lost a close one to FIU. But as long as we play our game, 17-4 is a lock.
Learned from a cool Monarch basketball class thing I went to last night (through Saint Patricks School) that this team has 6 guys who just love to go one on one. They all will shoot from anywhere at anytime. Each Monarch will need to be ready to play tough d on their man and help out if need be. We do that, we win. Also, they have a center who is just back from a foot injury. He is as good a big man as there is in CUSA but let's hope he's rusty! only been back one game.
Look forward to seeing the team back on the hardwood tonight. Hope we see a well rounded effort by the whole team and get win 17. Important game tonight, let's keep movin forward!

I don't understand why we still have so many illegal screens. How hard is it to just stand there? We also go too far around the screen, forcing the screener to move.
