Attorney Has Received Charges But WH Delaying Notice To Public
According to Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer, Bergdahl to be charged with desertion.
Shaffer was on the Bill O’Reilly show. He said Bergdahl’s attorney has been informed Bergdahl, is being charged with desertion, that the attorney has received the charges. Bill O’Reilly said the White House has had this information, that the charges have been ready for awhile but the White House has been delaying it under the auspices of Ben Rhodes, Assistant National Security Advisor.

The Left hates America and anyone that stands proud and defends America. They love those that hate America. Always blame America first. It is in their DNA.
This is outstanding news that many have been waiting to hear for a long time.
Don't be surprised though if somehow the administration kills this process. President Obama has A LOT to lose if this guy gets railed by the Army (the way he should, IMO). The last thing Obama wants to see is this scum bag sitting behind military bars after he went and traded 5 terrorists for him.
On the flip side, pay very close attention to the careers of the Army officers involved in the prosecution and punishment decision. If they do convict and punish him, remember that officers "serve at the pleasure" of the President of the United States. Don't be surprised at all if all of a sudden they are passed over for promotion and sent to undesirable jobs and pushed out of the Army, or relieved for cause, or some other way of dealing with them. Retribution is a biatch in the military. Mark my words.

Well, I'm often accused of speaking for the left...
I celebrate Obama bringing our troops home...as for any crimes Bergdahl may of committed...he'll get his day in court.
As for Chris Kyle...stop over politicizing a movie...and Michael Moore only speaks for himself...I haven't seen the movie, nor do I want to, it looks depressing.
30 Years hard labor would be fine with Me. Hopefully those, and All Gitmo prisoners have been injected with a tracking device. They should never have been released in the first place.
