Mom is being accused of not conforming about the sensitivities of other people who don't conform, therefore she shouldn't criticize those who don't conform and she needs to conform to that.

When Abby Pell posted a photo on Instagram showing her slim belly and toned, defined abs, she never expected the uproar that would erupt.

In the photo, Pell, 33, a nutritionist and fitness competitor, posed next to her 6-year-old daughter, who pointed to her mother’s bared abs with a shocked look on her face. The photo’s caption read: “I have a kid, a six pack and no excuse.”

“I just thought it would be funny,” the British woman said.

Not everyone laughed. In fact, many people accused her of fat shaming other mothers and setting a bad example for her daughter, Bella.

One commenter wrote: "She's teaching her kid that anyone who doesn't conform has no excuse, they're just lazy.”

Will the craziness ever stop? Everything is a no-no to those crazy libtards. Are THEY ashamed because they're fat? Otherwise, why should they care?
Good for her. Hopefully a few sodbusters got off the couch in shame.
We could use a little more tub shaming or obese release to motivate the ever-widening unmotivated in western culture. Lord knows mentioning the health risks and health care costs associated with obesity hasn't changed many behaviors.
You know, some people just look for schit to complain about. This woman obviously lives for physical fitness. Her achieving goals and giving her thoughts to her followers who share the same goals (some perhaps being fat) is no more an attack on fat people than a fat mother bragging about her son's academic achievements is shaming the childless woman or the mother of an LD child. People need to grow the F up. If your fat and ok with it and not actively seeking fitness, the "no excuses" message was not intended for you.

I agree. Some people are just miserable with their own lives and look to assuage themselves via taunting others. It's rather sad..
She banging FoShizzle.
Would smash.

As a former fatty (down 116 pounds), I have no patience for people who are anti fit, anti health, or "healthy at any size." Put down your Big Mac and go for a walk you lazy slobs, stop enabling those who are a drain on the health of this society. /endrant
Shame isn't a bad thing folks.

The left is all about not feeling shame for anything they do.

Most people would consider her an inspiration, but not the left. To the left, working hard towards a goal and achieving it shames those who can't or won't even try. Oddly enough, isn't the condition of this woman something Moochelle was trying to get school kids to achieve?

The left makes excuses for those unwilling to make the effort to help themselves.
I don't see this as a left right thing at all. I've seen plenty of fatties that are republicans decry "fat shaming" as well.

All women want to convince themselves they're beautiful, even if they're sloppy fat.

People have different goals in life. I applaud the overweight woman that raised $1 million for cancer research the same as I applaud the 40 year old woman with 3 kids and 6-pack abs. I see this as a non-issue on both sides. Good for the woman for achieving her goals and no shame on the fat and happy woman that achieves her goals.
I'd burn the fur off her little box.
I've noticed a little fat girl named Megan Trainor that sings about how her mom taught her that guys like more booty to hold on to at night in some song called "Bass" or something like that. How about, lose some damn weight. Me and my GF let ourselves go after getting too comfortable with ourselves. We've been eating healthy and going to the gym every single night. I can't even get her to take a day off. She's 5'6 and got up to 165, I'm 6'2 and got up to 245. She eats healthier than me but I'm just trying to turn my food into mass, she's trying to lose. We're both down 10 pounds though.

All it takes is a little bit of effort and motivation.
6'2" and 245? For some reason I imagined you a wimpy little guy like Feet. I guess you could take him in the ring but you'd have to avoid those Karate chops of his. LOL

Because of my heart problems I walk every day - EVERY DAY! I've only missed one day in 12 years, one month and 10 days. I know, I know, I'm shaming people who won't walk, but screw 'em.
She's hot bodied and British?! Sign me up.

She has a trophy. Are you ready for an instant family?

That is great. People should exercise at least 5 times a week. Been doing the gym 5 times a week for 24 years. My waist is the same as when I was at Ft. Benning and I added 30 lbs of good weight.
