I plan on being there myself baring an elephant stampede in Antarctica
Although I respectfully disagree that 2004 was a better time to be a Blazer, I am really looking forward to Saturday's game.
1982 blows 2004 out of the water
While I agree, I was -3 at the time, so I missed all the fun.

By the way, in today's time, it's unfathomable to me that the underdog Blazers would get to play Kentucky at home, followed by #1 Virginia in Birmingham.
We played Ky in House of the Evil Empire.
I was 6 years old in 1982. I sorta missed out too. Sucks not being old like Memphis Blazer! ! ! lol
You young squirts missed a lot of great Blazer Basketball. There are advantages and disadvantages to being older.

Great game last night; best I've seen in a long time. That was a lot of fun. The team generated its own excitement. I didn't even have to encourage the Frozen 100 to get off their butts and support the team at critical points of the game.

It has been fantastic to watch our young players on this team grow up right before our eyes. If Watts has not fatally damaged our basketball program, this team will be one to be feared by every basketball program in the nation in a year or two.

I will definitely be there Saturday as I am for every home game. Heck even Memphis Blazer might make this one.

However, given our current circumstance I have to take some exception with the Coach Haase's closing sentence: "There is no better time to be a Blazer." However, I will say this; given the way that the Blazer family has come together to fight of evil, I have never been prouder to be a Blazer!
I wish I could be there but I have to work all day Saturday.
Is there TV? esp in huntsville
Looks like ASN is covering it - so I assume that means WTTO/WABM68
