It is interesting that they switched but I wouldn't put to much stock into it...or maybe Mick likes Fortson's game a little bit more. Either way I wouldn't freak out about it.

I wouldn't put too much stock in Rivals interest level estimates. These kids come back pumped and high from school visits & often change their leader every time a coach texts or calls. If Mom has a strong personality, then her opinion is often most important, sometimes Dad, and then coaches. Sometimes just the opposite.
This late in the process, one would hope the service has the schools right, but who the leader is, unless it is pretty obvious then the blind pig and acorn thing applies. ;-)

But in this case, from everything I have heard, Momma wants UC. And in this case, if not most cases, Momma does indeed know best.

Hey, thanks for ignoring my post 2 steps up where I said momma rules. The only time momma doesn't rule is if she is a "needs-her-substitute-for-the-dad-she-never-had to make her decisions" mom like Anna Nichol or if the kid is a jerky legally adult 18 year old and not mindful of his parent. lmfao
Clifton isn't exactly a great part of town, but Blacksburg is worse. I visited there a while ago...wow...parts of it made Clifton feel like Pleasantville.

Agreed on Clifton CincyCatz, but the campus is sure a heckuva lot nicer than when I went there. Can't believe the transformation. I've walked the new campus 2 or 3 times now in the past year and I'm amazed. Finally, the campus is a selling point rather than a drawback...and the AD weight facilities are phenomenal.
Cronin has hit campus at the right time - I can't imagine any kid not being impressed with what they see at UC.

Best thing they ever did was getting rid of Burgundy's/Primetime and also killing those little fire hazard bars across from campus. Is Cooter's still there? They could stand to eliminate that crime scene as well...

When I hung out at UC, we went to Tapps, Uncle Woody's, Mr. K's, Ripley's, Burgundy's/Primetime, and Cooter's.

And Arlins and Fries Cafe when you needed to keep a low profile and sort of have a "grab bag" kind of night.
