1 Ohio State
2 Oregon
3 TCU
4 Alabama
5 Michigan State (tie)
6 Florida State (tie)
7 Baylor
8 Georgia Tech
9 Georgia
10 UCLA
11 Mississippi State
12 Arizona State
13 Wisconsin
14 Missouri
15 Clemson
16 Boise State
17 Ole Miss
18 Kansas State
19 Arizona
20 USC
21 Utah
22 Auburn
23 Marshall
24 Louisville
25 Memphis

I would go:
t0$u
AL
TCU
OR
Baylor
MSU
FSU
I am not sure that FSU belongs in the Top 6/7/8. They did it this year with smoke and mirrors and luck against the good teams.

Just my opinion, but I think you have to go with the Top-4 being those teams in the CFP:
1-Ohio State
2-Oregon
3-Alabama
4-Florida State

THEN
5- TCU

Again, the TCU love is puzzling... They played 2 fewer games than Ohio State and Oregon, 1 fewer game than Florida State and 'Bama. And they didn't win their conference until the B12 monkeyed around with things...
TCU's lone loss was on the road to Baylor.

They went out and SMOKED Ole Miss in the bowl game. That's why they're getting love.

1. Ohio State
2. Oregon
3. TCU/Michigan State
5. Alabama

Given MSU lost to both participants in the national championship, I could make a case for them at 3 or 4.

Agree, and believe that Bama should be #2; they looked comparable to, and maybe better than OSU, while Oregon was totally outclassed.

My only strong thoughts are I completely agree with you on this. I'd stick them as low as I could without dropping them below GT because they beat them in title game. Analytically they arguably weren't a top 10 team.

And I'd vote TCU #2 and for me it's not really even close between them and #3.
1. OSU
2. TCU
3. Oregon
4. Alabama
5. Florida State
6. Michigan State
7. Baylor

After that, it's a huge cluster***... don't really care to attempt ranking those teams. Good to see Boise State, Marshall, and Memphis all in the rankings.

The same old miss team that beat Bama.
Another year I hate seeing a final Top 25 that doesn't include a UC team that had the talent and schedule to be included yet spit the bit.
I just realized dossbig has Baylor ahead of MSU in his final rankings. 01-wingedeagle
