Big game for both teams. Neither can afford to lose. Winner is more likely the league's 4th bid candidate

UConn will get a bid anywhere near the bubble. They are not going to leave the defending national champs on the bubble. 2 straight losses by 1 point early in the year. They still get a good stanford team too in ooc coming.

Yes but they need to keep winning such as not to fall off the bubble.
This is an interesting game. Both teams stumbled early in the year with bad losses but seemed to have righted the ship. Big test for Tulsa, but it seems Vegas believes in them. (barely)
What will the atmosphere be like for this one? Are the Tulsa fans losing their minds about hosting the national champs? It seems like it could be a cool venue tonight.
They announced over 4k for last home game against Houston, so I would think this game should be a sellout.

I get the same feeling.

It's a very VERY close call, but I think UConn gets the W tonight

It might of been a more raucous crowd if UCONN came in with a mildly better record. I doubt it sells out. This athletic admin seems to believe in pricing out the low end consumer for big games because they can. OU didn't even sellout.

That's disappointing.

Has the Tulsa spring semester started yet? UCONN doesn't begin until next week.

I'm sorry, but saying attendance would be better if UCONN had a better record is a piss poor excuse. You are currently in 1st place and the defending National Champions are in town. What more do you want?

I didnt think he was saying that was an excuse for Tulsa fans.
Looks like a sellout

Tulsa on fire early.
As expected a sellout or close to it.

Keep up the pressure, TU.
JUICE WOODARD!!!!

If we can magically get hot from 3 we are unstoppable.
Nice crowd for Tulsa
Nice little run by TU!
Consider this.

Tulsa is up 6 and shooting 8/16 from FT and 1-7 from 3pt

If we were just an average offensive team we would be scary good.
Shaq didnt score in the first half.

I feel pretty good about the second half.
